1.Introduction:
Bentonite, is a major non-metallic mineral products consisting of montmorillonite.
With moisture absorption and swelling, can be adsorbed 8-15 times its own volume of water, volume
expansion to several times to 30 times. In aqueous media, the bentonite dispersion was gellike suspension like this mixture has a certain viscosity, thixotropy and lubrication, and its bonding with water, mud, sand and other fine debris, with a more good plasticity and good adhesion, in addition, the bentonite also has a strong cation exchange capacity, the adsorption capacity of various gases, liquids,
the maximum adsorption capacity right up to five times its own quality.
2.Specification:
At present, China bentonite products are mainly the following types:
1).Casting bentonite: adhesives, adsorbents, apply to casting, ceramics, environmental governance.
2). Oil Drilling bentonite: binder for hanging attached agent, absorbent, apply to oil drilling, foundation
